Phase 2 of The Wharf will feature an additional over 1.15 million square feet of mixed-use development, including office, residential, marina, and retail space, as well as parks and public spaces, across nearly one-half mile of waterfront in Southwest Washington, DC. MLG team members provide senior-level construction management services for Hoffman & Associates and Madison Marquette during the construction phase of this project.
District-headquartered Perkins Eastman DC, the master planner and master architect of The Wharf, continues to guide the design for Phase 2, channeling the collective vision to ensure that The Wharf is a beloved waterfront neighborhood for generations to come.
The architects and designers comprise one of the most impressive lineups in the nation, including SHoP Architects, WDG, ODA, Rafael Vinoly, Morris Adjmi Architects, Hollwich Kushner, S9 Architects, Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, and Wolf Josey.
Phase 2 at a glance includes 255 apartments, 96 condominiums, 131 hotel rooms, 223 boat slips at the Wharf Marina, 1.5-acre park at the Marshall Park Landing, 547,000 square feet of office space, 95,000 square feet of retail space, and 2 parking garages with over 1,000 spaces total.
