The Terano

The Terano was a multifamily development built alongside the Galvan project and adjacent to the Twinbrook Metro station in Rockville, Maryland. The Terano was the next phase of a sprawling mixed use multifamily residential development by JBG Smith. This LEED Certified project delivered 206 units and over 35,000 square feet of retail space as well as an above grade pre-cast parking garage. The project scope included close coordination with WMATA, including construction of a parking array to serve the Twinbrook Metro station. MLG team members worked as construction management project leads while at a previous firm in overseeing all aspects of construction on behalf of the Owner.
