The Glover House is a 226-unit mixed use multifamily residential development located in the Glover Park submarket of Washington DC. Part of this project included the renovation of the former Holiday Inn Building, a wood-frame residential building over concrete podium, retail spaces as well as a 15,000 SF Trader Joe’s grocery store and below grade parking. The Glover House project also included extensive coordination of a carefully developed branding strategy and high end indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. MLG team members were instrumental in helping the Owner by managing all facets of the construction and design administration, including utility coordination, FF&E coordination, and unit acceptance.
