Stratford University

This project consisted of Interior and exterior construction and renovation of an existing five-story office building to house Stratford University’s new Alexandria campus. The project consisted of administrative offices, lecture and health sciences classrooms, lecture halls as well as coordination to extend new gas service main through an existing office park to accommodate Stratford University’s culinary program. MLG team members worked as construction management project leads while at a previous firm in overseeing all aspects of construction on behalf of the Owner.
