Scout On The Circle is a transit-oriented mixed-use development project located on Fairfax Circle in the City of Fairfax, VA. The development consists of 400 Class-A apartment units, 29,000 SF of retail divided between two buildings as well as a 55,000 SF standalone Giant Food grocery store with pharmacy. Additionally the project developed two structural parking garages (725-parking spaces) within the building that serves the residents, customers and retail employees. MLG team members worked as construction management project leads while at a previous firm in overseeing all aspects of construction on behalf of the Owner.
