RTC West

Reston Town Center (RTC) West was a multi-phased retail project along the retail corridor of Sunset Hills Road in Reston, Virginia. This new development consisted of the addition of 25,000 SF of stand-alone retail as well as conversion of 15,000 SF of ground level office space into retail/restaurant space at an existing 14-acre property. The property was home to three existing office buildings and two garage structures that had to remain operational throughout all phases of construction. All site work, utility relocations and building construction was coordinated in phases to accommodate the existing office tenants and maintain adequate office building operations. MLG team members worked as construction management project leads while at a previous firm in overseeing all aspects of construction on behalf of the Owner.
