Reston Heights

Reston Heights is a 385-unit mixed use multifamily residential development located along Sunrise Valley Drive in Reston, Virginia. The project included the construction of a wood-frame residential building over concrete podium, two-level loft units, retail spaces, carefully cultivated amenity spaces and a precast parking garage. The project included substantial utility relocation and coordination, FF&E and artwork coordination, and unit acceptance. MLG team members worked as construction management project leads while at a previous firm in overseeing all aspects of construction on behalf of the Owner.
