Pickett Shopping Center

The Pickett Shopping Center is located near the intersection of Little River Turnpike and Pickett Rd in Fairfax, VA and contains roughly 89,500 SF of gross leasable area. This project featured several retail improvements aimed at increasing the value of the property including façade renovations, new monumental signs as well as the build-out of the Staples store. One of the main challenges in this project was maintaining pedestrian access to the retailers around the construction improvements to the center. MLG team members worked as construction management project leads while at a previous firm in overseeing all aspects of construction on behalf of the Owner.
