City Ridge is one of the premier development projects in Washington DC and home to the highly anticipated first Wegman’s grocery store in Washington DC. Roadside Development and North America Sekisui House (NASH) is developing this 10-acre property at 3900 Wisconsin Ave. NW that formerly housed the Fannie Mae headquarters. This ambitious project also includes 887 residential units, 185,000 SF of office space as well as 155,000 SF of retail space that includes the Wegmans grocery store. The grocery store is constructed at the lowest level of the historic building that formerly housed the Fannie Mae headquarters. MLG team members provided senior level construction management services for Roadside Development during the construction phase of this project.
