Potomac Gateway is a 344,000 SF, two building office complex, located in the vibrant Crystal City area of Arlington. This project featured; newly renovated and modern lobbies and common corridors with upgraded and improved flooring, fixtures and wall coverings, renovated restrooms, elevators, and structural repairs to the 400 space below grade parking garage. Roughly 200,000 square feet of mixed tenant spaces (including GSA spaces) were built-out on this project as well between the two buildings on the complex. MLG team members worked as Owner’s construction management staff to deliver these improvements towards a successful completion.
